Rates & reservations: $195/nt weekday-$205/nt weekend (l0% lodging tax not included), 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays; reduced rates available for 4 nts or more. Payment by check is due at time of booking. Credit card will hold reservation for 7 days until check arrives; PayPal option available.

Cancellations: please give at least a 14 day notice of cancellation for a full refund; if less than 14 days, a 15% service fee will apply. If we can re-book
the cancelled reservation, we will refund the full amount.

Arrival: check-in: 3 PM. Check out: 11 AM. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Cleaning fee at owner's discretion.
