Rates & reservations: $195/nt weekday-$205/nt weekend (l0% lodging tax not included), 2 night minimum stay on weekends and holidays; reduced rates available for 4 nts or more. Payment by check is due at time of booking. PayPal or credit card option available; extra fee applies.

Cancellations: please give at least a 14 day notice of cancellation for a full refund; if less than 14 days, a 15% service fee will apply. If 72 hours or less - no refunds. However, if we can re-book any cancelled reservation, we will refund up to 100% of amount received on the re-booking.

Arrival: check-in: 3 PM. Check out: 11 AM. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Cleaning fee at owner's discretion.
